Originally developed to counteract the negative responses from the planning authorities for the erection of buildings on sensitive sites, this design was generally considered more sympathetic to period properties, but it has proved to be very popular with clients regardless of planning issues. Loosely based on the mediaeval oak timber frames of a bygone era, this building is supplied as standard in pressure impregnated softwood with a 15 year guarantee.
